Consultation and Advisory Services
Our consulting services deliver practical, fit‑for‑purpose health and safety solutions tailored to your workplace. We work alongside your team to achieve the best outcomes, recognising that not every organisation needs a full‑scale consulting approach.
By understanding your challenges and priorities, we ensure you receive the right support at the right time. From meeting regulatory requirements to strengthening your health and safety culture, we’re here to help—no matter the size or scope of the task.
Let’s talk about how we can best support your team.
Risk Management
Effective risk management starts with understanding your risks and knowing whether your controls are working. Our practical, interactive approach gives you clear visibility of workplace risks.
By identifying risks that could impact your business—across health and safety, operations, finance, legal, and reputation—you can prioritise what matters most and ensure risks are actively managed.
In simple terms:
Risk management answers the question, “What could impact our key business goals?”
Why it matters
You can’t manage what you don’t identify. Strong risk assessment underpins safer work, better decisions, and effective hazard control. Eliminating risk early is easier, safer, and far more cost‑effective than fixing issues later.

Auditing & Gap Analysis
Strong systems don’t happen by chance. Audits and gap analysis give you clear insight into how well your health & safety systems are performing—highlighting gaps, reducing risk, and preventing surprises.
Our independent reviews show what’s working, what needs improvement, and how to prioritise your next steps with confidence. Turn insight into meaningful progress.
In simple terms:
We check your systems to see what’s in place, what’s missing and what needs fixing- so you can act early and avoid problems later.
Why it matters
Well-designed systems enable safer work, stronger compliance, and improved performance. Regular audits and gap analyses keep them effective, aligned with standards, and fit for purpose as organisations evolve, while giving officers confidence they operate as intended.

Prequalification Support & Contractor Management
We support organisations to manage contractor health and safety—and contractors to clearly demonstrate robust H&S systems through pre‑qualification.
Our practical approach removes guesswork—supporting organisations to strengthen contractor management and PCBU compliance and helping contractors evidence capability to win work and protect their reputation.
PCBU duties cannot be transferred. You remain responsible for health and safety outcomes, even when work is off‑site, contractors are engaged, or third parties are used.
Why it matters
Strong pre‑qualification and contractor management reduce risk, support compliance, and build trust—giving clients confidence that work will be delivered safely, reliably, and with minimal disruption
Clear systems. Confident contractors. Reduced risk.

Psychosocial Risk & Wellbeing
Every workplace has psychosocial factors that influence how people feel, perform, and engage at work-both positively and negatively.
Managing these risks is a key part of creating psychologically safe, resilient, and productive workplaces
Why it matters:
Unmanaged psychosocial risks can lead to burnout, mental injury claims, higher absenteeism, and reduced performance. They can also expose organisations to legal, reputational, and compliance risks.
A proactive approach supports healthier people, stronger workplace culture, and sustainable organisational outcomes.
