Consultation and Advisory Services

Our consulting services deliver practical, fit‑for‑purpose health and safety solutions tailored to your workplace. We work alongside your team to achieve the best outcomes, recognising that not every organisation needs a full‑scale consulting approach.

By understanding your challenges and priorities, we ensure you receive the right support at the right time. From meeting regulatory requirements to strengthening your health and safety culture, we’re here to help—no matter the size or scope of the task.

Let’s talk about how we can best support your team.

Risk Management

Effective risk management starts with understanding your risks and knowing whether your controls are working. If you need clear visibility of workplace risks, our practical,
interactive approach provides a strong place to start.
Successful risk management identifies risks that could impact your business objectives—including health and safety, operational, financial, legal, and reputational risks. Used across operations, projects, and governance, it helps you prioritise what matters most and ensures risks are actively managed.

In simple terms:

Risk management answers the question, “What could impact our key business goals?”

Why it matters

You can’t manage what you don’t identify. Strong risk assessment is the foundation of safer work, smarter decisions, and effective hazard control. Designing out risk early is faster, safer, and far cheaper than fixing problems once work is underway.

Safety Systems: Gap Analysis & Auditing

Strong systems don’t happen by chance. Audits and gap analysis provide clear insight into how effectively your health, safety, environment, and quality systems are performing-highlighting gaps, reducing risk, and preventing non-compliance surprises before they arise.

Our structured, independent reviews help you understand where your systems are working well, where improvements are needed, and how to prioritise action with confidence.

Why it matters

Well-designed systems support safer work, stronger compliance, and better organisational performance. Regular audits and gap analysis help ensure your systems remain effective, aligned to recognised standards, and fit for purpose as your organisation evolves. They provide officers with assurance that the system is operating as expected.

Prequalification Support and Contractor Management

We support organisations to effectively manage contractor health and safety—and contractors to clearly demonstrate robust H&S systems through pre‑qualification.

Our practical, no‑guesswork approach helps both parties confidently meet pre‑qualification and contractor safety requirements. For organisations, we strengthen contractor management and PCBU compliance. For contractors, we help you evidence capability so you can win work and protect your reputation.

PCBU duties cannot be transferred. You remain responsible for health and safety outcomes even when:

  • Work is carried out off‑site
  • Contractors are engaged
  • A “qualified” third party is used

We help you put the right controls in place, demonstrate due diligence, and meet your obligations with confidence.

Why it matters

Strong pre‑qualification and contractor management reduce risk, support compliance, and build trust. They demonstrate contractor capability and give clients confidence that work will be delivered safely, reliably, and with minimal disruption.

Clear systems. Confident contractors. Reduced risk.

Psychosocial Risk and Wellbeing

Every workplace has psychosocial factors that influence how people feel, perform, and engage at work-both positively and negatively.

Managing these risks is a key part of creating psychologically safe, resilient, and productive workplaces

Why it matters:

Unmanaged psychosocial risks can lead to burnout, mental injury claims, higher absenteeism, and reduced performance. They can also expose organisations to legal, reputational, and compliance risks.

A proactive approach supports healthier people, stronger workplace culture, and sustainable organisational outcomes.
